Caffeine
Most blends contain caffeine. Olympus is caffeine-free, and Mojave and Know by Heart are very low in caffeine.
How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water: black teas at 212°F for 4–5 minutes, green teas at 175°F for 4–5 minutes, oolong and white teas at 195°F for 3–5 minutes, and herbal blends at 212°F for 4–5 minutes. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
Great for: iced tea, flash brewing and gifting.

Use fully boiling water (212°F) and steep 3–5 minutes. One heaping teaspoon of leaf per 8 oz cup; add milk or sweetener if that is your thing.
