Peach, lemon and orange iced tea glasses with a cold brew loose leaf tea pitcher, Da LBI Tea

5 Easy Iced Tea Recipes with Loose Leaf Tea (Cold Brew & Hot Brew)

Every Da LBI Tea blend tastes great on ice. Here’s how to make café-quality iced tea at home.

The base: cold brew (no bitterness)

2 tsp loose tea per 8 oz cold water. Refrigerate 8–12 hours, strain and serve. Quick hot method: steep double-strength in hot water for the normal time, then pour over a full glass of ice.

1. Southern Peach Bourbon Sweet Tea

Hot-brew Southern Gothic double strength, stir in honey or simple syrup while it’s warm, then pour over ice with peach slices. Any of our peach tea blends work here too.

2. Sparkling Lemon Oolong

Cold brew Superbloom – Sweet Lemon Oolong, top with sparkling water and a basil leaf.

3. Peach Pistachio Iced Latte

Cold brew Dark Iris, fill the glass halfway, then top with oat milk and vanilla syrup.

4. Spicy Pineapple Cooler

Cold brew Silencio, add pineapple juice (1:4) and a lime squeeze.

5. Zero-Proof Negroni Spritz

Brew Negroni Rooibos strong, chill, add an orange slice and soda. It’s caffeine free.
