How much does the tea cost?
Most of our teas are $14.99. Our 70-cup bags are $44.99. Prices for every item are shown on its product page.
Do you offer a first-order discount?
Yes. Use code WELCOME15 at checkout for 15% off your first order.
What is the Tea Trio deal?
Add any 3 or more items to your cart and 10% comes off automatically. No code needed.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Express shipping: from $18 ($25 for heavier teaware)
- Standard shipping is free on US orders of $45 or more.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
What will my package look like?
Packaging can vary from order to order. Your tea is sealed for freshness either way.
Returns & help
Can I return something?
Unopened tea and unused teaware can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Email contact@dalbicollective.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
How do I choose a tea?
Every blend lists its tasting notes and caffeine level. If you'd like a personal recommendation, email us and tell us what you usually enjoy.
