Da LBI Collective ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During sales and the holiday season, processing can take a day or two longer.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: from $4.99
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $45 or more (before tax, after discounts)
- Express shipping: from $18.00 ($25.00 for heavier teaware)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
Lost or Damaged Packages
