Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your tea. If something is not right, email contact@dalbicollective.com within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out.
What can be returned
- Unopened tea in its original sealed packaging: eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Teaware and accessories (teapots, infusers, mugs, scoops, scales): eligible for a refund or exchange if unused and in original packaging.
- Opened tea: because tea is a food product, we cannot accept opened tea back for resale. If you tried a blend and did not enjoy it, email us anyway. We will offer store credit toward a different blend or help you pick a better match.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to ship anything back.
How to start a return
- Email contact@dalbicollective.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- We will reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before hearing from us; unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different blend or size is to request a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you want. We will refund the original once it is received.
Non-returnable items
Opened tea, sale and clearance items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
