Know by Heart is a loose leaf almond white tea with orange blossom from Da LBI Tea. Very low in caffeine, it brews into a cup with notes of sweet almond, sugar cookie and orange blossom.
A tea that is gentle and sweet like a summer breeze and sunlight-dappled cobblestone. It’s a mild white tea with soft notes of orange blossom and honey. The floral notes of white tea are complemented by the depth of sweet almond and ephemeral orange trees in bloom. It's perfect on its own or with a dessert. And it is an out-of-this-world iced tea. Its name is inspired by the graceful, warm sound of American Analog Set’s understated indie rock album of the same name. A tea for lovers of almond and citrus flowers.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water at 195°F and steep 4–5 minutes. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
