Da LBI Tea ships to addresses across the United States. Here is how shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We are not shipping internationally yet. Join our email list and we will let you know when that changes.
Processing time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During sales and the holiday season, processing can take a day or two longer.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.99
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $45 or more (before tax, after discounts)
- Express shipping: from $18.00 ($25.00 for heavier teaware)
Rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. Most Standard orders arrive within about a week of shipping; Express orders move faster once they leave our fulfillment partner.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@dalbicollective.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We will replace the item or refund you, your choice.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before the order ships, but we cannot reroute a package once it is with the carrier.

Packaging
Packaging may vary between orders. Every item is packed securely to arrive in good condition.
