How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of water: black teas at 212°F for 4–5 minutes, green teas at 175°F for 4–5 minutes, oolong at 195°F for 3–4 minutes, and rooibos and herbal blends at 212°F for 4–7 minutes.
