Orange Caramel Black Tea, Loose Leaf with Rosemary | Gold Rush

Gold Rush is a loose leaf orange caramel black tea with rosemary from Da LBI Tea. Each cup brings notes of candied orange peel, caramel cake and rosemary.

Gold Rush is caramel cake with candied orange peel and a sprig of garden rosemary, on a lively Assam-and-South-Indian black tea base. The rosemary is the trick: it keeps the caramel from getting cloying and gives the cup a bright, herbal lift. It is our favorite autumn-afternoon black tea and a natural partner to anything with citrus or butter.

Tastes like: candied orange peel, caramel cake, rosemary. With milk it softens into a luscious orange-cake latte.

How to brew: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz cup, water just off the boil (205–212°F), steep 3–4 minutes. Takes milk well. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.

Good to know: caffeinated black tea, gluten-free, non-GMO. Contains milk (in the caramel pieces).
