The accord of lime blossom and creamy vanilla in this tea evokes the scent of iris. At first, the bright acidity of peach and lime dominate. The next sip deepens with the velvetiness of black tea with peach and rose notes. Adding milk introduces pistachio and white chocolate flavors. How to brew

Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water at 212°F and steep 4–5 minutes. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
