Combray is an organic loose leaf vanilla cardamom green tea from Da LBI Tea. Each cup brings notes of pound cake, vanilla, grass, warm hay and hazelnut.
The intoxicating scent of this tea conjures velvety cake on an afternoon in the countryside. Soft, sugar-laden butter glides across the tongue to meet tiny aromatic vanilla seeds apparent in the bottom of the cup. Intense vanilla is balanced by the earthy depth of cardamom and green tea. This tea is a modern take on Proust's tea-soaked Madeleine.

How to brew
